Role Overview: 
The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Algo's event calendar, including trade shows and product demonstrations. This role requires a highly organized, driven individual who can handle logistics, collaborate with various teams, and ensure successful event execution. 

Responsibilities:

Event Coordination: 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to strategize, plan, and execute Algo's event calendar. 
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including coordination with external teams and vendors, ensuring timely shipments and deliveries. 
  • Prepare event materials such as products, banners, promotional items, and presentations. 
  • Pre-test and set up product demonstrations with the engineering team for optimal functionality. 
  • Administer event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. 
  • Handle event registrations, guest lists, and communication with attendees. 
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Algo's event representatives. 
  • Collect feedback post-event, assess success, and suggest improvements. 

Tradeshow Management: 
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows and events. 
  • Coordinate preparation of products, booth setup, and promotional materials. 
  • Manage event logistics efficiently, including shipping and receiving materials. 
  • Work closely with vendors and event organizers to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Support the team during events to provide a seamless attendee experience. 

Market Research: 
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. 
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. 
 

Marketing Budget Management: 
  • Assist in monitoring and managing the marketing budget. 
  • Track all expenses to ensure they stay within allocated limits. 
  • Prepare budget reports and provide updates to the marketing manager. 

Sales and Logistics Coordination: 
  • Act as the bridge between Algo's Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries. 
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to manage inventory and product shipments for events. 
  • Communicate effectively with the Sales team to understand their requirements and provide necessary support. 

Additional Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in planning and producing photo and video content for marketing purposes. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies. 
  • Help create and distribute marketing materials. 
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM and marketing databases. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Compensation

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
