As a Paging Layout Specialist, you will design, implement, and optimize voice paging and audio communication systems for our customers. You will be responsible for creating layout plans for complex environments, ensuring system scalability, audio clarity, and integration with Unified Communications (UC) platforms. Your work will be critical in providing reliable and efficient communication solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

·       Develop comprehensive paging and audio system layouts for various environments

·       Collaborate with sales engineers and clients to assess project requirements and provide expert recommendations.

·       Ensure layouts are optimized for acoustic performance, coverage, and scalability.

·       Provide detailed technical drawings, schematics, and guidelines to installation teams.

·       Oversee and support the implementation and setup of paging systems on-site or remotely.

·       Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning to ensure optimal performance.

·       Offer expert guidance on paging systems to customers and internal teams.

·       Work closely with the product management, engineering, and customer support teams to improve product offerings.

·       Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including system designs, technical guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

·       3+ years of experience in voice paging, audio systems design, or related fields.

·       Previous experience designing voice paging and/or audio systems

·       Strong understanding of acoustic principles and audio system design.

·       Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·       Proficiency in audio equipment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Ability to read and create technical diagrams and schematics using design software (AutoCAD, Visio, etc.).

 

·       Familiarity with IP-based paging systems and network protocols (SIP, VoIP).

·       Experience with UCaaS platforms and audio system integration.
